PSD to CSS/HTML

I am looking for CSS Expert who can quickly convert PSD files into HTML/DIV/CSS and clean up code and layout on two search results pages. The CSS will be programmed to .NET site. We are looking for someone who can complete first phase of project in 1 ??" 2 days. First phase includes: 1) Code CSS/HTML for new right navigation bar for master style sheets from PSD file. SEO Friendly a. Proper tag line implementation for seo [tag implementation] b. Meta tag implementation [keyword you should need to supply]. 5. All psd conversions must be compatible with IE 6 & 7, Firefox, Safari, and Opera 6. Size optimization. 7. All images, hyperlink text would be optimize for alt/title info and for all browsers to work properly. 8.
