RECURRING BILLING AND FLASH MODIFICATION

I just had a new discovery that concerns this project. How are you at Flash? I have an application built in Flash that accesses ASP.NET webservices that access a known database structure in mySQL. I have two requirements: 1) Convert this application from 100% Flash to a blend of PHP or ASP or ASP.NET. The goal is two be able to easily replace the header and footer for different companies. 2) Create a recurring billing interface as mentioned below. We have related tables for Order Header/Detail and Contract Header/Detail. See below my requirements for the recurring billing: 1) When an order is submitted, it should be processed through the payment gateway (like a normal order). 2) Items should have a frequency attribute where one would define how often (days) it gets billed. An item with a zero frequency is a one time purchase. 3) There should be an audit screen where one would see all recurring orders that are due. From this screen, one could modify quantity and/or price or cancel the recurring order. Also, from this screen, would be a process button that would process the orders. If an order processes sucessfully, then the next recurring date is incremented. If the order fails, the payment error would be captured on the record and the next recurring date would be incremented by three days (or a configurable amount). Bid early, I am looking to award this project fairly quickly. I like everyone's experience, but some requirements changed. This a re-startup, so these things unfortunately happen. But this is okay, the requirements should be easier to grasp. I recently discovered a solution to the recurring billing requirement, so I am removing it from the table. Instead of just converting [login to view URL], I want to change the look and feel. Here it is in a nutshell: Using the CMS (Define Content) contribution and membership contribution and our PayPal-like payment gateway with a Buy-Now Button (already developed), customize OSCommerce to model the functionality and prefessional look of PrePaidLegal.com. The content of the Associates login area should mirror the existing functionality at stellarbackoffice.com. One needs to pay for membership to have access to that area. Membership gets assi gned a special referral code (specs to be given later) and login should be the person's email address. One new report needs to be created for the backoffice: Report similar to My Pay Details grouped by Business Center and by downline associate. I can spec this out later to. It is fairly straight-forward. I want to use the CMS functionality so we can go in and change the copy for each of the necessary pages.
