Simple online ordering with PayPal

See Word document in attached file. file contains specs and sample pages. It's a simple online ordering application that submit buyer info to PayPal for Payment. Order is e-mailed to site owners/adminitstrators, receipt e-mailed to customer, and contact info maintained in database. Use of PayPal IPN to e-mail receipt to customer would be appreciated. It's not rocket science, but a little bit beyond what I know how to do, or want to do. I'm open to suggestons if you think this shoudl be done differently. End product should be fully functional to accomplish what I've described in the attached document. It will be tested against this document to ensure that everything is working correctly. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Needs to work with my current hosting plan. More details are in the Word file in the attached document. I believe I am on a windows 2000 server running IIS.
