Web crawler

Hi I need a web data extractor. Look at [login to view URL] Maybe someone had already implemented a such application. Requirements: 1. Must be web based 2. Must have the configuration file that will contain host/ name address, db name, db username, db password, port and directory name on web server where the files will be saved 3. Must extract info at defined time/date, for example once a month/week/day/hour 4. Must have the option to rewrite the last record or to save it separately (no more than 2 times for the same record) in the database, for example to see curent and last price variation. 5. Must import the info in mysql database 6. Must run several independent macros/sites. 7. Must have the option to choose what file extension to allow Good luck
