I want a website designed in C#.? It will comprise of static pages, a submission page, and forums.? I want it written in C#, using ASP.NET and SQL Server 2000.? The purpose of the site is an online discussion of how the rent a coder site rips off coders, so forums to discuss general rip offs, obscene fees, lying/slow/incompetent buyers, lying/illiterate/incompetent arbitrators, etc.? The site will carry stories from people who have been ripped off as I was, but they won't go live immediately, they will need to be screened for legal reasons ( it's necessary for RAC to break their contract with a coder, as they did with me, before it's possible to ignore their demands that details of their arbitration process not be reproduced elsewhere ).
If you take this job, you can expect that I won't treat you the way I've been treated, that I am competent to assess your work, and that I won't steal from you.? You'll also be doing good for the many people who mistakenly think that RAC is a fair, balanced place to try and make money.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
