Need an app to parse txt from php

I need an app that will parse text from a php file and import it to excel. I need to be able to specify the url range also. Example: [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] The program needs to parse the contact information. Unfortunatly the output doesn't speify specific values ex: email="" , address="". If this is to complicated than as long as it can parse the text from each line. Ex: "company name" (new line) "555-555-5555" (new line) "123 address". When I save this info in an excel file it needs to be seperated in different colums. Thank you!
