Browser Based Webcam Uploader

This type of project had been posted before with different technical solutions in mind. None of them seemed feasible. So this time I will keep it as open as possible. - The Application must upload pictures captured from a local webcam attached to the users PC to a webserver. - The application must AT LEAST run within a windows based Internet Explorer. Preferrably other windows browsers, too. Linux/Mac compatibility will get you a bonus. ;-) - There must not be a download/installation required. (In the classical sense of saving the file, running an installer, etc. Installations handled within the browser would be ok.) - The application must use HTTP POST to communicate the picture data, a username, and a password or hash to a webserver. - The application must be able to take options from the dynamically created HTML code, which runs it. (Username, password, site name, target server.) - The application must be able to have varying window titles based on an outside option, since it will be used on two different sites. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
