Link popularity checker

Hello, I require a software program that can do a couple of pretty standard scrape jobs, but I want them to do it fast and anonymously. Around 500 queries or more per minute using a high speed connection via proxy and at least 200 per minute via dialup. It should be VERY simple for someone who knows what they are doing. It is a bulk link popularity checker and Overture domain name and keyword popularity checker with a bulk whois ability all via a rotating proxy system. It should be multi-threaded and a tabbed interface. Here is what it needs to do: 1. I want it to check for bulk domain names and associated keywords in all of Overtures databases worldwide. It will need to return how many clicks the domain receives and the base keyword without the TLD. 2. I would like it also to check for link popularity from the following search engines. This will be done in a failrly standard spreadsheet looking format that is scrollable [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] f. Yahoo 3. I would like it to be able to do a bulk WHOIS 4. All of this needs to be done via a rotating proxy list that the user will supply from my recommendations.
