I desire to stress test USB storage devices. I currently have code which tests a USB device conected to the system. I would like to enhance the capability of this test by having the USB host drop power and then re-enable power after a small waiting period. The power cycling will make my test more strenuous.
Project needs to be writen for PC platform (XP) in C under visual studio with all source code delivered. See attached visual studio project template.

windows XP PC. Prefer the ability to run on "n" devices using "n" command consoles using a "n port" hub. If not, n=1 is acceptable.
