Create a PHPList Template

I need a new PHPList mailshot template created and tested. You will need to create the template on your own server and send to me for approval. It needs to look sharp / business and render correctly on Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Outlook 2011(Mac OSX) Googlemail and Yahoomail. You must be able to prove that the template renders correctly. Please detail past experience and how do you intend to approach the project. It is 2-3 hours job for an experienced coder, so please be reasonable with your bids. Thank you and happy bidding
