462263 Simple PHP File Upload / File Manager Script

I need a very basic and simple file upload and manager script that will allow me to upload files and select different directories as well as view the files in the directory. need to also be able to rename/delete/copy/move, ect. basically functions similar to a FTP program. Needs to be very small and compact (file size) and in one file with no images (use css). Has to be flexible so I can upload it to any website directory and it will work without having to modify anything in the code. Please PM questions and demos
