211226 Website CMS + Design + Cart

Hi, I require a website redesign as well as the addition of a CMS and shopping cart. A website which I would like to base my design and functionality off is: [login to view URL] Basically, I need a new design (based on the above), the addition of a CMS to manage content, and also the integration of a shopping cart to process orders online. My CMS preference is Joomla/Drupal, but I am open to other suggestions. You can either be an individual or a team of highly skilled developers; what is important to me is that you are professional, creative and innovative, adhere to timelines, and are quick! This will be an ongoing project so I need the right people with me on this. I also require some packaging designs to be made (printed box for a product), so if you are able to do this, that is an added bonus. I will not choose a programmer immediately, so please don't feel obliged to bid before contacting me.
