integrating pay-pal pro to oscommerce wibsite (very good experienced of integration needed)

I m looking for someone with an extensive knowledge of integrating pay-pal pro to fix my website. My last programmer did install pay-pal pro few times already on my website with no success. He claim to have used few different module but still it didn't work. I m looking for someone that has very good diagnosing skill to diagnosis the problem and fix it. Be able to fix the problem even if it is on the mysql strings or server. My website has been down for few days now. I’ll be willing to give extra if it is required during the diagnosis.
