Dealer Locator Page

I need a dealer locator page written in php. The way it needs to work is as follows: Visitor comes to page and it has dropdown box. In dropdown it has US and International. Select US and you get a box to enter zip code and a dropdown that has distance, 5, 25, 50, 100, 250. Visitor enters zip code and distance and the code brings up list of dealers with name, address, phone, url, and a link to yahoo maps that if clicked opens new page with map on it. Select International and you get a dropdown populated by the countries of the dealers in the international database. Visitor selects country and a new box appears with all the MAJOR cities and metro areas in that country and a dropdown of distances like in the US one but using equivilant kilometers. The code will then bring up a list of dealers within the distance to the city or metro area. The list will have name, address, phone, url, etc. An admin control panel will allow us to add, edit and delete any data needed to update or change dealer, location, city, zipcode, information in the database. No page design or graphics needed, just functional working code that can be dropped into an existing styled page and the zipcode database with mileage data plus the international city/metro area list. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux
