Drawing Game Tool

We have developed an online dressup game. To enhance this game we want to add a drawing place. Level-1: The user need to select a character (girl/man) followed by a selected templated item she wants to draw e.g. pants, shirt, shoes. In case when a shirt is chosen she can give it different colors and put text in it. We will provide the characters and templates. Level-2: We also want to give them the option to draw an item from scratch. The user needs to point where the drawing should be saved on: body top (shirts, sweaters) body down (pants) body (coats) Neck (bags) Face (sunglasses) head (hats) feet (shoes) hair (haircuts) Left hand (suitcase, bags, dogline) Right hand (suitcase, bags, dogline) So a tshirt designer picks a character, points 'body top', enlarge the body and starts to draw and save the shirts as a Flash (.fla) file without any backgrounds. You can use the standard draw tools for Flash. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
