MS Exchange 2000 disclaimer and signature software

Microsoft Windows 2000 domain, with Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange 2000. Key requirements: GUI based software that will achieve the following selectable options: 1. Allow all messages (internal and external) to have a standard format footer according to LDAP lookups eg: {displayName}, {title} {company} T: {telephoneNumber} | F: {facsimileTelephoneNumber} | M: {mobile} E: {mail} | W: {wWWHomePage} format should be set from the GUI in the method listed above. These should be applied regardless of whether the message is circulating internally or externally. 2. Allow seasonal messages according to date (eg from 1 dec 2002 to 25 dec 2002 "Merry Christmas!"; 26 dec 2002 to 5 january 2003 "happy new year!" etc.) With an option to allow overlapping messages wherein all overlapping msgs will be displayed. 3. All externally bound messages to have a standard disclaimer on the bottom of the e-mail(cscript & eventsink info available from MS site.) The software would be required to sit on the main exchange server and provisions for more than one exchange server in the environment must be built in. So in the end, an internally circulated message would have a standard corporate footer: John Doe, Manager ACME Inc T: 555-1234 | F: 555-5678 | M: 555-9000 E: [login to view URL](a)[login to view URL] | W: [login to view URL] An external message would read: John Doe, Manager ACME Inc.
