Finish Design for Urban Music Site

We are launching an urban music portal within the next few months. It has been designed, however we need the design changed slightly and content pages added. You do not have to alter the look and feel of the site, but merely change around a few items, and design additional pages to hold the look and feel for content and articles. This project is simply only for the design. All scripting is done inhouse. The design is attachted in JPG. Preferably a desginer more oreintated with R&B and HipHop, to fit in the scheme, alternatly someone with a good portfolio. The selected coder will also be used frequently as the scripting side progressed whilst in development ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Graphics & HTML only
