Image Guessing site

We are looking for someone to help us create a site that will be a type of photo guessing site. We will upload a closeup of an image each week or month, depending if someone guesses it right. The image will be close up i.e. 10x image zoom, then after a week, we upload or it automatically chages to a 5x zoom of the image, if no one guesses it, then next week it goes to 4x then 3x the 2x. Members will get one guess every 24 hours. The goal will be to get members to keep coming back each day to guess again. General Overview: Members can do the following: Register on the site Account/email is to be verified via script Welcome Email sent out Access a member account control panel login to Guess what an image is If guess is incorrect, sent to a page that will display custom message stating they are incorrect. If they are correct, sent to a page to input/validate account info. Prizes will be givin out for correct guess. Only one correct guess for an image. Script will be incorporated into our site design. Script will become our property with all right being transfered to us at completion of transaction. Description Of Admin Panel Admin panel must be a page admins can log into and do the following: Create a new image guessing game under a specific category: (Sports, People, Cities) We want to have more than 1 game going on at a time View and Edit and Delete any member details -> How many guesses they have made See statistics for how many guesses have gone on for each image View Each guess people have made Ability to send out mass newsletter to all members Creating a New Guessing Game For the page where admins create a new guessing game there must be the following options: Title Upload Image #1 ( 5x zoom of image ) Upload Image #2 ( 4x zoom of image ) Upload Image #3 ( 3x zoom of image ) Upload Image #4 ( 2x zoom of image ) Max time available for members to guess Details of prize won ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
