Online Lead Mangement System For Mortgages

I have an online lead management system, and i need some errors fixed. Also, i need some updates added to the current system. Read the doc, i had several programmers back out because they couldn't do it. I am looking for a very good programmer to work with our company, this could go into a fulltime job. I need this project done within a week, very urgent!!!!!!!!! File info: 1-4 are done but go over it, need all done till #8 All errors are basically fixed, i need 1-8 done. I need a good programmer who can get this done in a week time. i don't need the 1003 added. I just need it to upload and manage leads in a template i have in excel because all leads will be coming in that template and excel file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
