Padding either will disqualify your bid I want to set up a section on CanLaw which would take the requests for lawyer referrals from clients (See [login to view URL]) and in addition to emailing them to me, automatically copy the contents to a database online. The concept is that I want to post all the referral requests I get to a password protected area which I can let lawyers access for a fee. **There is NO NEED for you to supply credit card or payment processing since that will be handled separately by CanLaw and then access granted.** Like a freelancers job board but much simpler. I amy want to salt the db with all or most of the referrals on file this year n order to give it some content at first. What must be added is a date the information is posted. Only lawyers who pay for access will be allowed to look at the [login to view URL] would mean they must fill out a credit card form which I process manually and then grant access through a password and username which expires in a given time.
