Simple ''Site Builder''/CMS with Trivial E-Commerce ''Order Form'' functions.

This PHP+MySQL project is to complete a simple "site builder" or "content management system" which is very simple to use for people without large computer literacy. The project must be completed using an object oriented style of PHP, and must run in PHP 4 using a MySQL 4.0.x database. **IMPORTANT:** All bidders MUST completely read and understand the PDF document enclosed in the attached ZIP file. This document contains full and complete details of the system requirements and any completed system must follow the procedures, interfaces and implementational details set out in that document, or the project would not be acceptable. **I have evaluated many open source and commercial systems, none meet the requirements I have, please don't bother suggesting them.** It will be used by people to create largely static websites with between 1 and 10 "pages". The "administrator" will enter the admin portion of the site, there they will be able to select and configure a "layout" (aka "template") for the site, and add/edit/delete "pages" of the site. Layouts are to be "backwards compatabile" with the layouts employed by the open source CMS "CMSimple". Administrative restriction (login) must be accomplished such that when this system is installed in a 'cpanel' based hosting environment (and it must not require root to install) that the supplied username and password is checked against the cpanel user details for authentication - code will be provided to accomplish this. Three page types will be implemented - "standard" (simple html page), "contact form", and "order form" which facilitates very simple E-Commerce functions. The entire system must be extendable such that new page types may be implemented via a well defined object oriented interface at a later date. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition as a tar file, sql "bootstrap" and necessary install functions suitable to install software to an initial working level in a standard cPanel based web hosting account. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
