Consumer Association website

Dear People, many of you replied to my postings today. I am a bit confused, since it's the first time I use GetAFreelancer service. I am delighted though to see many stylish, high quality work around the web, done from you guys. I must punctualize some main points, though, so that only the qualified of you bid on my projects : -all posted projects require the realization of web design, codes, script and installation (only photo, data, text and translations are provided by us) -prices must be very competitive since we have to resell the product in our home market, and we cannot quote too high -in general, we need jobs to be done quite urgently, with a demo page done within 3-5 days and the full site (if approved) within maximum 1 month; only big projects can be realized in longer period, as agreed -we need all the websites to be provided with content management system -before bidding, please take a look at some Tuscany website, since the Tuscan style is fundamental for our clients, so all projects must be original but with a sort of "tuscanish-line" inside -web templates are not accepted, we have 300.000 of them, so please don't try! only custom-made original websites are welcome! -prices vary a lot between small, static websites and large portal or dynamic website, so don't worry, final price will be arranged depending upon quantity, quality and time -we require a legal invoice for each product we buy (from a script to a portal, from a software to a domain!) -all websites sold to us will carry our firm name; we will be delighted though to include our partners in a public list on our site and to offer as much work as we can in a long term of time (this is the main poin of freelance work!) -we are a very reliable and honest company, we pay always what is agreed at the beginning and we are flexible enough to make a convenient price for both of us (just don't abuse of it!) -Indian software developing firm are very welcome -all creative, talented designer are very very welcome -we would be very eager to employ some of you, even for a temporary experience, if you would like to work in the beatiful hills of Tuscany (so please consider the idea!), we love creativity exchange! -do not hesitate to contact me for any doubts, information or clarification (it's better to make things clear at the beginning than afterwards!).
