Flash video plugin

Im having a online website where my registered users can upload large video files (8-10Mb). The website visitors can click on these videos and play the same. Currently we are using windows media player to play the file. The problem encountered is that its take very long time for the video to start; mainly due to the large file size. Im looking for a solution where in either by using any compression method and with flash I want the video files to play faster. I had tried Riva FLV encoder to manually compress a video file of 6MB, which got compress to 1.7Mb and used a flash video player to play the FLV file. But i want to have some kind of automated process where in the video files uploaded by my registered users will be player faster (3-4 times faster than the current rate). Im looking for FLASH based solutions. If anyone has an alternate solution, you are free to discuss your approach and quote accordingly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
