looking for graphic designers

I'm looking for very good graphic designers to make flash and html templates . This is a full time job or a free lance job . I will need to see samples of websites or templates . Fulltime : you must provide a minimum of 20 templates a month and you will make 500$ or more depending on the quality and how much they sell . So you start at 500$ if they do well your price goes up . freelance : 20$ / template (also depends on quality so price can go up) Additional stuff we can use : scripts , loaders , menu's , graphics , intro's etc . Templates must be made with royalty free pictures and music and business related or other topics like sports, deejay , real estate, hosting, furniture ,etc . Provided with .zip file with all source files . More then 1 person can and will be accepted for this job .
