need template redesigned and integrated and PHP work

There is a website i like and i would like my website to have the same template styling. All the same font colours and sizes + same layout the header will be different. Dont need much graphics really only the borders and the fonts. I have an open source script that i would like the template to be integrated into. Also i would like someone to work on the script, i would like changes done to the script its done it PHP anyone who knows flex it would be a BONUS skill
