Excellent PHP & Flash programmer required to add more address fields in a website checkout form. The website form is the one in the cart checkout page, you will need to add a new column which when a customer ticks for each/any item in their cart will reduce payment automatically on that screen and make them pay only 30% for that particular item only, also any item they tick, will automatically bring up a new small field asking them to enter date that they require also, a mini calendar will automatically appear (as a button) for them to select date there. This calendar should have admin where site owner can modify if there is availability for that date or not, and this should automatically take effect on the page which clients will see the calendar in. You will also need to make the item ticked to be free from shipping fees. At some stage during checkout, customer will see a link asking if they ordered a certain item to click and when they click, a new window pops up, showing them some info.
