Sarish Designs - Freelance design website

Aim: - Design portfolio website - Basic 2 page Scrolling website Basic Design Brief: I am a freelance graphic and industrial designer based in Sydney. I am now looking to:- 1. Develop a 1 page scrolling website to showcase my portfolio and some general information about myself along with a gallery view of my portfolio work - The important part to the website is a tab at the bottom corner that leads to a "request a quote" page 2. I want a basic Form based page with general information about a client's project and an upload button to upload images or documents to support their design brief. I am going to provide all graphic needs i just need a web developer to help make my website idea live.
