Looking to develop a sports picking website based on fictional characters such as Spiderman, Superman, Batman, etc.... So, as you will see the experts on the following page: [login to view URL] Instead of the 'experts' it will be fictional characters. Users should be able to click on any one of the fictional characters and allow them the opportunity to purchase the pick of the day. All payments should be parsed through Verisign. Initially there will be approx 10-15 characters. There should be an admin section which allows the administrator to add/remove characters as well as edit their sports picks anytime. Website should have elements of Web 2.0, and be very easy to navigate. Need website developed from scracth and hosted on my server. Payment will be made in full after website is complted and hosted on server. Need project completed by Apr. 30th 2007
