Website / Logo Redesign

I need a professional looking website for a small swimming pool design / construction company. The site should include some minimal flash effects (perhaps some enhancement to the logo). I would also like the site to be search engine optimized to select keywords. We can keep the current logo but I am open to suggestions for a new one. I would also like to have a section that displays different pool shapes. The site is to be creative and artistic while portraying the image of a higher end custom pool designer / contractor. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should work on all common browsers.
