151982 Website ReDesing

I had my website designed all in flash and I don't like it. It doesn't fit on most screens and it is too sparse on content (my fault). What I would like to do is have someone to work with who over a period of time will help me to get my web site to where I like it. I want the site to be CSS with some flash elements embedded. I will also probably need some php and mysql capabilities. So what I am looking for is not the lowest bidder but a person with the right skills who will also allow me to pay them over a period of time. I may accept a higher price tag in exchange for a payment schedule. This will be a collaborative effort and I want someone who has their own good ideas.
