Website Updates and additions

Small company requires some changes and additions made to their website Website in question [login to view URL] The following changes are needed -Navigation bar needs changing from java to something a little more universal and quick loading. As not all clients can see java navigation bar -Telephone number on the title bar needs to be changed. -site needs to be made to look a little more eye catching -search engine optimisation Following additions need to be made -addition of an employee's area that will require a login to get access to the following -Need invoices designed (MS Infopath) so employee's can fill them out (like a timesheet) if no coder can do this we will arrange for a seperate project. -File dump area where company paperwork can be left -a page that can be used to assign projects to employee's, also where employee's can do project reports/updates (similar to rentacoder) -company forum for employee's The employee area would be equivilent to a company intranet site but available from the web via a secure login as mentioned above. So sure specifically how this will work so would appreciate feedback from the coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Assistance in any installing/configuring that would need to be made. ## Platform Pretty open on the platform would appreciate feedback from the coder on this
