Edit a video and make a DVD

**I have a video in DV format that we captured during a talk from one speaker. The talk is about 20 min and I just simply need to have this edited nicely and make a bootable DVD out of it. Perhaps you can also create another type of format (CD-R) for those people who do not have a DVD player. This video will be distributed to faculty members in our department. I would also like to have an intro text saying something like: The following is a speach by ...... on December 9th, 2005. Because there is someone else in the video, we could also split it into 2 small videos and have a menu where people can click to view any particular speech.** **The video is about 150 MB** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
