150195 Need site redone- PHP

I currently have the script at [login to view URL] and I need someone who can make some modifications to it. I need to be able to bulk upload pics, as it is now it has to be one by one. I need it to add a watermark. There needs to be links placed on every page, home stuff like that. Its missing now. I need the admin area changed to allow a link section. I want the main page redesigned. There is adsense already built in, but not online. I want there to be a scrollable list with all the celebrities on the main page and the list on the bottom of each page to be made scrollable and horizontal instead of the way it is now on the bottom. I want a video section added using the youtube api to gather based on celebrity requested. This is a broad list and there are more issues to be fixed. If you cant handle this DO NOT BID!!! I need to receive a PM from you with how you think you can make this script better and how long it will take you to finish and when you can start.
