547764 Website Changes

We need to recode the existing site [login to view URL] in a standard html/css/php/js format. The existing site was done in Photoshop and most of the original psd files are no longer available. We do have some of the psd's with the layers intact, but for the most part the we only have jpg and gif files. What we want is a complete recoding of the site and new psd files that basically looks like the existing site, but done in conventional coding. We need to end up with proper psd files so we can easily change content in the future. The current site is graphic only and we need to replace a number of the images of text with actual text so the search engines have some content to find. We need to maintain the look and feel of the existing site when we change certain sections from graphic to text so attention to fonts is important. Because we are only changing some of the areas from graphic format to text format, we need to be able to position the elements easily as the changes are made in the future. There will be some changes that need to be done as the recoding is performed: -the main menu tabs will have some changes -the "home" page will have the survey section replaced with new text and most of the content from the "our promise" section will now be under the existing information. -the "our promise" tab will be changed to "our services" and will have a new page created for its data. -on the "our product" page, there will now be five sub tabs with appropriate pictures/text. All the content in the left portion of the box will have different text based content. -the "contact us" page will have some changes the content. - the menu tabs should have a mouse-over effect added. We would need the mockup pages done first and then when approved, we would proceed with the coding changes. All work will be done in a temp site and when fully tested it needs to be moved over to my host and set live. New site MUST be tested and SEO optimized/friendly as we need to increase our rankings. Freelancer would be responsible for graphic design and site design and layout and in fact everything from the building of the site to its final functional completion My budget for this project is $100-$[login to view URL] project must be completed COMPLETELY within 10 days(Saturday and Sunday included).I will cancel the project and review the freelancer accordingly if there is a delay in completion (any delay on our part after you deliver the mockup and us approving it will add to your timeline) . I would require daily updates from Freelancer. Immediately after this project is awarded and the freelancer has accepted it, I will put 50% of the cost of the project in escrow. When the site is completed and uploaded to my server, I will put the balance 50% in escrow. After testing it and there are no bugs, I will release the money in escrow to the freelancer and review him or her. Please only very serious bidders should bid.
