Fix PHP mail form on [login to view URL] , which is broken. Should be an easy fix. I don't know why it stopped working. The email recipient is an old email address. Update recipient to my email address and send a test submission. After the test, change to a final email address, which I will provide. I will award the job quickly (today). If you need to rebuild the contact forms, they should look the same as current forms.
