Need a script to resize the url image on insert pop-up

Bid what is requested so i can hire you..Not hiring overbidders..Will do 1 milestone of $60.00 for 0-day bid ( 4-hour ) and released after completion and working..Looking for someone who knows the coding in tinymce ,,i am not hiring you only because you know php or html coding..You must know tinymce coding.. I need to overwrite the pasted URL with a script (button of some sort) that i can just upload images from the computer to that tinymce page..Upload should be like my photo gallery to where i can have max-width and max-height settings which keeps it's proportions..This image will land into the tinymce container & after into the page once uploaded,,if you can do a good script message me..The function again must have the option in the codes to where i can adjust the max-width and max-height on the images uploaded..If you can overwrite the tinymce codes and create that upload image button with the mentioned thats what i need....Must work properly as this images are to land on the page after it has been uploaded or entered,, as many know extreme size images will expand the pages outward..Will test in safari & IE.. 1st Shot is my insert/image pop-up and you can also see the editor on back and the width of my standard resolution of 1230 width…. 2nd shot is the current enter image URL …. I will open site for checking and testing to the hired person...If all goes well you must tell me the changes made so i can add to my files if so....
