I have 2 forms that are failing to send email after changing web hosting servers. I think this is just a simple PHP problem and could be fixed with a [login to view URL] entry? or maybe not. FORM 1 - data collection form: [login to view URL] form is not sending email form is generating an error message on screen for the check-boxes at the end of the form FORM 2 - simple upload form: [login to view URL] form is not sending email What I need: fix the forms so that they send again. thanks!
