The SW has to provide a system to distribute over a DHT a general purpose classification of resources based on OWL ontologies. The distribution is meant in terms of classification. the system of keys will allow to perform SPARQL queries over the knowledge base. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
