e-mail system

I have been asked to create an e-mail system using JAVA, the system should have multiple users, should be able to sent and recieve e-mails, file attachments, video's, the system should save e-mails and be able to retrive later. I have created an e-mail system which allows 2 users, there is no GUI and once logged off the users cannot retrieve previous e-mails. plus the above attachments need implementing. So I would be grateful if someone could create a GUI which allows the above to take place, i will also e-mail what I have done so far. P.S. there will have to be multithreading involved.
