Program website (PSD-HTML) FWH

You will program a website using provided PSD. Winning bidder will be responsible for all programming, content addition (not creation), and testing. There are approximately 31 pages to program, including a contact form, a slide show and glossary. PSD and FTP/Cpanel info will be provided upon bid acceptance. The attached JPEG is the design you will program. One special function to note is the image will be a slideshow with 3 slides. The slides must be easy to add/edit/remove. You may use any method of doing so AND are required to include instructions for editing slides with deliverables. Most content is pulled from old site. You will be responsible for migration of new site to live environment once programming is complete. My client will approve all programming before moving from one phase of project to next. Phases are defined by milestones, which I will create upon bid acceptance. Programming must be W3C compliant, SEO friendly, tableless, and COMMENTED and FORMATTED correctly. Other programmers will maintain the site, so we must be able to find what we need quickly and easily. DO NOT include any portfolio information with bids or PMB, we won't look at it and it will not help. Thank you and happy bidding.
