Hey guys, Hey guys, This is what I'll need. Please try to make it the cheapest solution possible as I don't really have alot of funds, I'm funding it myself. What I will take care of:(you still need to integrete these two into the site) ---SMS Gateway ---Flash Convertor So basically all you guys need to do is make the site and backend. Most of the functionality is already made. This is what I'll need: Members sign up, put in cell phone info and other personal info, verify by email. Then they can create ringtones. All ringtones will be stored on the server as MP3 files after they are chopped. Chopper and converter will be seperate processes. This is how the process of creating, converting and sending the ringtone will work: 1. User uploads MP3 file 2. User chops it to desired section and length using the flash chopper 3. User then can play it back and finally hits "chop tone" and it chops it up. 4. User can then send it to his phone by hitting "send to phone" button 5. When a user hits "Send to phone", the convertor converts the chopped MP3 file to correct format for the user's mobile phone Chopped ringtones can be saved and other users can hit the "send to phone" button and it will convert the MP3 file to the users correct phone format. We will take care of the convertor and chopper using flash. We will also take care of what formats to create the ringtone to. You guys just need to make: 1. My admin section 2. User's admin section 3. phone homepage 4. Ringtone database that users can search through to send already created ringtones to their phone My admin section should allow me to edit users, delete/add already created ringtones, and also add new supported phones. This should be done by a page allowing me to upload a photo of the phone, select the carrier, select the format the phone supports from a drop down list that the convertor already supports, and also to add news to the front page.
