I want a website that has online greeting software that will help to engage with oncoming traffic. Best example of such software / website is zopim, liveperson chat. I need it all business panel on website like zopim. and functions like liveperson chat or zopim. Major requirements for such things are below: Main functionality: 1) Tracks user in REALTIME, showing current page & time, referring data INCLUDING keywords from search engines. 2) Provides an audible alert (eg dingdong) on web site operators' PC, each time a new visitor enters site. 3) Indicates on website to users, whether operator was online or offline. 4) Provides chat interface, with as few user clicks as possible 5) Provides alternate contact if operator unavailable. (eg email or callback request) OPTIONAL FEATURES a) Option to send user alert to SMS, or ICQ b) Aggregate tracking data c) Multiple operators
