ebay bid sniper program

I would like a php script tha will do the following: I want to be able to have a script that will place bids just before the item ends (snipping) but i want to be able to select from a pool of items so if i loose then it will goto the next item and place bid and keep doing it until i win and if i win it will stop bidding. So it will have to store user info so it can bid and store auction info , using ebay API - I have a ebay dev account and can provide keys if needed and i have server space . the software must sync up with ebay clock. Just need a simple interface to add auctions and change settings such as ebay login and auctions snipping settings .
