Floating Playlist with jplayer

I need a floating/popup playlist for my website: [url removed, login to view]

You can click on the talent list but it doesn't work. When you click one each talent list a playlist should popup like in this: [url removed, login to view] or like this: [url removed, login to view] . I want the playlist to play both audio and video. I have the audio and video file ready and i just need some one to do the job. I tried to use jplayer myself but was too much complex for me.

I don't want the playlist to be in flash, i want it to be iphone, ipad, smartphone friendly as well.
