Penny Auction Site Modifications

We are looking for someone to complete modification of a Penny Auction Site. You will be asked to remove & modify elements from the categories bar across the top to so that we only have the parts that change automatically when categories are modified, added, or removed in the admin panel. You will also be asked to add a rotating banner of some kind near the top middle and maybe room for advertisements on the right-hand side of the site that can be changed in the admin panel. We have very specific needs and you will only be asked to perform the tasks you see here. If we need anything else, we will pay additional. The changes that we need, should only take an expert 2 or 3 hours maximum including time for site analysis. We are looking for an expert in the skills that it takes to complete all of our requests.
