142171 PHP modifications needed

I have a website currently up and running. I have a few additions and modifications to make to the site. All in PHP and database. brief summary of what I need done: - Integrate new navigation buttons to other pages of the website including the search page. - modify drop down menus and links on the submissions page of the members area. - Downloads only available for registered users of the site. (new feature that needs to be added) - Fix bugs around the site some spacing issues of text and images, the site isn't too big, just need to fix a few of the templates, some things are off. - Integration of navigation drop down menus to content manager. (basically i would need to add links to the drop down menu of the site through the content manager already on the site. this may require some javascript)
