I have a designer working on a new website design and I need a programmer to code the website. Only a draft of the home page has been complete (see image) but I would like to find a programmer before it's finished so we don't need to go back and forth with changes. I would like to use Wordpress. The website will have the following functions: - secure shopping cart with the ability to input a post code to check delivery availability - ability to take PayPal and credit card payment. - newsletter sign up form - payment gateway with eway - The entire design (all product pages) will be provided - I don't know which e-commerce plugin is best - just whatever suits my application - Users will be able to create a new account and log in. New customer order process 1. User enters a postcode to determine whether delivery is available in this suburb. 2. If delivery is available it will go to the payment page. If unavailable, it will take user to a page with nearby retail outlet or distributor contact details. 3. User places products in shopping cart. 4. If minimum order value is met, delivery is not applied. If minimum order is not met, charges are applied. 5. User enters customer details etc. 6. User is taken to a secure payment page. 7. If payment is made by credit card, the credit card number will be stored (not charged). 8. If a PayPal payment is taken it will open a new window and taken to the PayPal website. User account functions - Ability to check previous orders and payment status - Ability to place an order quickly based on previous orders Please check this and amend your quote if applicable.
