Quick PHP mobile device web app for employee hours log

Hi I need a simple web app to track employee hours worked . It will need to be designed to fit on iPhone screens and have pretty buttons and drop downs to make selections . Their is two user types admin and employee Simple login screen then date and current time is displayed Two times are tracked- total day and per job Drop down to choose an admin set list of job names they are working on total day is start and end time - but make an option to input " dead time" for having a split shift A split shift is when they work morning and eve on same day so there is two working blocks to add up Show on bottom a total accumulated hours since cut off set by admin Allow user to click to show a history searched by date ADMIn Allow to have spread sheet of all data displayed on regular pc screen with a total column and employyes listed row by row and 7 or 14 days across Allow to enter in job titles for drop down choices for employees to say what job they spent what hours on They may work on several jobs a day Allow history search by date and print functions Allow creation and editing of user profiles- name phone email contact Allow a msg to display on users screen at login to be editable from here and even set seperately msg for separate users This needs to be done quickly please it's very simple and should be a days job at worst
