88286 Scriplance Website Full Clone

I would like a FULL website done. It should be something like this site "[login to view URL]" It will be a site for Artists to get work, and people needing Artists to hire them. The Artist will come and post his/her work on my site. And, customers will post their job needs on my site. The job posts will automatically get emailed to the artists signed on. When an artist accepts a job, they will pay me a $5 fee. The customer also will owe a $5 fee to me. I should be able to edit how much the fee is. I should be able to edit ALL fees. They will be able to transfer money to each other when the work is done, or hold funds in an escrow account. Just like Scriptlance. It should be designed to where I can edit the basic functions of the site with ease. The homepage will show a listing of all of the jobs. Users will be able to pay to have their job needs featured, etc... So, basically, it will function (fully) just like Scriptlance. The only main difference is that then Artists can upload examples of their work onto the site, for the people to see as they pull up that Artist's profile. It should be fully functioning with little work done by myself. Other than changing basic desires, Answering "help" emails/tickets will be all I should have to do to maintain the site. I will need the entire site done, along with logo/header. All work will belong to me upon completion of project. Also, please only bid if you can actually do this job, with NO BUGS/PROBLEMS...in a timely manner. STATE YOUR TIME FRAME WHEN YOU BID. I will pay on completion of project. Work to be done on your server, then transfered after completed. No escrow payment. Please don't bid unless you can work within my budget. I will need to see examples of your work.
