187401 Simple Web Game

i would like to make a site which 2 players can login to either as a guest or as a registered user and play very simple games. i already have a php site [login to view URL] that i would like to use as a template for this that i can provide the code for. attached is an outline specification of what i would like the site to look like. some of the features are: - two people play the games - the games are played on a page in the site (not as a pop up window) - registered users games results (win, draw, lose) are recorded - registered users show up so can be challanged i would also like the site to be designed so that it can be translated into other languages, so the acutal text content is not very much. a second phase that i would like to have is the ability to play the games via a mobile (phone) browser. this will happen later on. an example of a mobile game is shown from my mobile phone in the attachment. the main thing will be to have a simple and quick site that can allow people to play these games. please note you must have a history of delivery and must read the attachment. please use PMB - time to start this will be in early 2008.
